Terms of Service for All photoshoots

PAYMENTS: Payment must be complete before your photoshoot, please pay your balance through the online invoice you will be sent prior to your shoot. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE STUDIO.
Past Due invoices: Invoices that are not paid on time will incur a 10% (of the due amount) late fee for every 5 days past the due date. 

RESCHEDULING: All retainer deposits and monies paid are non refundable but photo shoots may be rescheduled if done so no later than 48 hours before photo shoot start time. 
The invoice balance for your photoshoot is still due on the original Due Date. The balance due date WILL NOT change if you reschedule for another date. 
To reschedule your session please go in to the booking confirmation email you receive and click the “MANAGE BOOKING” button at the bottom of the page.

CANCELATIONS: Please notify your photographer ASAP if you are unable to attend the photoshoot. Text message is quickest if the cancelation is short notice (225) 603-9417. No retainer deposit refunds are given for cancelled sessions unless the session is cancelled by the photographer. 
A credit towards another photoshoot is offered if the cancellation is more than 48 hours before the shoot.

IMAGES, PRINTS & PRODUCTS: Please note that no images files, digital images, prints or products are included in the cost of the photoshoot unless stated. Images are chosen and purchased through an online gallery after the shoot date.
