How do I begin planning my photoshoot?
Your photoshoot should feel like it was designed specifically for you—because it is.
Start by chosing the shoot option you want and then book a date and time online. This is just the start of the planning.
From there, I’ll personally connect with you via email to refine the concept and ask questions, guide you through the process, and build a session that delivers exactly what you need.
Destination shoots and Stylized shoots may differ a little as they are more customized and have limited availability. To book these shoots, click on the MORE INFO button and fill out the form. Information will be sent to you and you will be walked through the booking process.
How long before a pageant should i have my photoshoot?
In my opinion, getting your headshots and portraits for ad pages is eomthing you can get done really early and have it checked off your to do list.
I would recommend not leaving it much later than a month before your pageant paperwork deadline date (not the actual pageant date). Take the stress off yourself by giving time to get the shoot complete, look through your proofs without feeling rushed, order your edits and send your final images into your pageant with time to spare.
What is the turnaround time for getting images back after my photoshoot?
This depends on how long it takes for your to choose which proofs you want edited. This is the process:
– Online Proofs delivered to you within 3 business days of your photoshoot.
– You choose the images you want
– Invoice sent for any additional images within 24 hours.
– Images sent to my professional retoucher as soon as invoice is paid.
– Retoucher works on images and will have them completed within 5 business days (business days does not include any weekends or holidays)
– Retouched images will be available to download from your gallery.
So you can see, from shoot to final images being in your gallery could be as quick as 10 days.
Is there a RUSH option for getting images back?
Yes! My retouch time for images is within 5 business days. You can get images back withing 24 hours at an additional cost of $25 per image (5 image max).
This still excludes weekends and holidays. Weekend and Holiday 24 hr RUSH fee is $50 per image (5 image max)
Can I edit my own images?
Simply put, no! lol.
I work with an amazing professional retoucher who does all my work. We have spend many years building a style of retouching that wins awards and keeps a realistic look to the images.
It is illegal to retouch or edit images without written consent from the photorapher.
